Betechtina A.A., Veselkin D.V. ACCORDING TO THE RESULTS OF INDIRECT COMPARISONS INVASIVE PLANTS FORM MYCORRHIZA LESS INTENSE THAN ABORIGINAL PLANTS [№ 10 ' 2015] In this paper the successful interaction of invasive plants with arbuscular fungi was investigated. Most discussed material was obtained in the Middle Urals in Yekaterinburg and surroundings. Invaders Acer negundo L., Heracleum sosnowskyi Manden., Hordeum jubatum L., Impatiens glandulifera Royle and all comparatively regarded aboriginal plants are located here. Two species considered as invaders are located outside the Sverdlovsk region, Cyclachaena xanthiifolia (Nutt.) Fresen. Is located in Samara region (Tolyatti), Ambrosia artemisiifolia L. is located in Krasnodar region (Krasnodar). All studied invasive species with the exception of Impatiens glandulifera showed typical arbuscular mycorrhiza. Found mycorrhiza of alien species corresponds to the published data. Mycorrhizal status of Heracleum sosnowskyi appairently was defined for the first time. The occurrence of fungi in the roots of the five studied mycorrhizal invasive species is lower than in aboriginal plant species. It was determined that these differences are not due to taxonomic or biomorphological features of invasive species.
Betechtina A.A., Gajsina D.F., Veselkin D.V. FEATURES OF THE ROOTS STRUCTURE AND MYCORRHIZA FORMATION OF PLATANTHERA BIFOLIA AND DACTYLORHIZA HEBRIDENSIS IN DIFFERENT AGE STAGES [№ 10 ' 2013] The sizes of additional roots and feature of mycorrhiza development at Platanthera bifolia and Dactylorhiza hebridensis were analyzed in different ontogenetic stages. It is established that intensity of mycorhiza development decreases upon transition from juvenile individuals to virginile, immature and generative. Thus the cross sizes of roots and, especially, extent of a mesoderm increase in process of age development of plants. As a result the quantity of a fungal mycelium in ontogeny investigated tuberous orchids remains to constants in terms of unit of length of a root.
Konoplenko M.A., Veselkin D.V., Betechtina A.A. RETROSPECTIVE AND CURRENT VIEW ON THE GENUS CAREX L. MYCORRHIZATION [№ 1 ' 2013] Retrospectively analyzed data from 60 publications 1926-2012 about the presence or absence of arbuscular mycorrhizas in species of the genus Carex L. (Cyperaceae). There are 173 species sedges, in relation to which there is information about mycorrhizal status. In 98 species (57%) mycorrhiza is not found; the 23 species (13%) mycorrhiza has been found always; 52 species (30%) may form or do not form mycorrhiza. The share of Carex species, in respect of which shows the ability to form mycorrhiza, increases with the increase of the number of research.
Veselkin D.V., Betechtina A.A. PARTICIPATION OF PLANTS OF DIFFERENT MYCOTROPHIC STATUS IN TECHNOGENIC SUCCESSIONS IN THE URALS STEPPE ZONE [№ 12 ' 2011] Characterized by the participation of plants of different mycotrophic status in technogenic degradation and restoration successions in the Urals steppe zone. When the degradation ratio of plant species in different mycotrophic status, is not affected. The first stages of restoration successions are characterized by a predominance of facultative mycotrophic or non mycotrophic species.
Betekhtina E.A. THE CONTENT AND THE STRUCTURE OF THE PROFESSIONAL AUTO-STEREOTYPES OF TEACHERS — PSYCHOLOGISTS IN DIFFERENT STAGES OF INSTRUCTION IN VUZ (INSTITUTE OF HIGHER EDUCATION) [№ 12 ' 2010] The work presents an empirical study of the dynamics of the professional auto-stereotypes (cognitive and affective components) of students — psychologists, who are trained in pedagogical VUZ. The constructive role of professional auto-stereotypes in the process of the professional making of a psychologist is emphasized.
