SENSITIZATION OF NICOTINIC ACETYLCHOLINE RECEPTORS BY SOCIAL ISOLATION OF SOIL NEMATODES CAENORHABDITIS ELEGANS [№ 1 ' 2016] The action of social signals on the organism is always adaptive for animals' population. Social signals can regulate population size both through decrease of fecundity and survivability of single animals and decrease of behavior resistance to stressful environment. It is known that central processes of non-specific stress-reaction of rodents involve activation of cholinergic system in their brain. Since many functions of cholinergic system and their mechanisms are highly conserved in the course of evolution, one may propose that cholinergic system of invertebrates responses to stress induced by social isolation of animals just as such of rodents. To investigate the possible influence of social signals on the cholinergic system of invertebrates experiments with free-living soil nematode C. elegans were performed. In these experiments the sensitivity of swimming induced by mechanical stimulus to acetylcholine esterase inhibitor neostigmine and agonists of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors levamisole and nicotine was estimated for single nematodes and for nematodes incubated in small groups (n = 3 ÷ 5). It was shown that group effect alters the reaction of C. elegans cholinergic system to stress. When nematodes were incubated in groups (n = 3 ÷ 5) the resistance of their behavior to partial inhibition of acetylcholine esterase by neostigmine was higher than such of single nematodes. The sensitivity of swimming induced by mechanical stimulus to levamisole and nicotine of nematodes incubated individually was much higher than such of nematodes incubated in groups (n = 3 ÷ 5). Therefore the activation of cholinergic system of C. elegans by sensitization of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors is involved to its response to environmental stress.
Gur'eva V.A., Belova T.K. PROPERTIES OF THE CEMENT MORTARS FIBRE REINFORCED BY THE MODIFIED MICROFIBRE [№ 13 ' 2015] The cement mortars fibre reinforced by fibers fibers are one of perspective constructional materials in construction. Modifying of fibers carbon nanomaterials strengthens structure of a cement stone at various levels therefore the received composite possesses the increased operational properties. However, the fibers today modified weren't widely adopted in view of insufficient study of properties of cement composite materials on their basis. Results of research of properties of the cement mortars fibre reinforced by the basalt microfiber modified (MBM) the carbon nanomodifier are increase of durability of solutions on a bend, decrease in an istirayemost and relative deformation of shrinkage. Introduction of 1 % of MBM of the mass of the knitting leads to increase of durability on a bend to 60 % and to slight increase of durability on compression — 4 %. Abradability of the cement mortars fibre reinforced by the modified basalt microfiber in comparison with the samples of similar structure dispersno reinforced by usual thin basalt fiber 50,2 % lower. With other things being equal introduction of the modified microfiber promotes decrease in size of relative deformation of shrinkage by 51 %, thus most intensively shrinkage develops in the first 7-10 days of curing. By results of tests it is possible to draw a conclusion that fibre reinforcing of cement mortars the microfiber modified by the carbon nanomodifier promotes improvement of structure of a cement and sand composite. As a result such operational characteristics of cement mortar as improve: durability on a bend, durability on compression, an istirayemost, shrinkage as a result of curing.
Belova N.A. METALANGUAGE DESCRIPTION OF PERCEPTUAL VERBS BASED ON THE CATEGORIES OF FRAMES [№ 11 ' 2015] This article is devoted to the research of frame method description of the semantics of perceptual verbs. A formal metalanguage was developed, based on the categories of the theory of frames and scripts. The article deals with the composition and the structure of metalanguage and different ways of its usage. Situation-semantic method describes the semantics of perceptual verbs from the point of cognitive science. Metalanguage PEARL as the mean of describing the semantics of the English perceptual verbs shows the capability of frames to form hierarchy: the lower level frames are on the terminals of the frame of a higher level. Thus, it was modeled the semantics of a lexical field of perceptual states with the help of one framing network, and the semantics of a lexical field of perceptual actions was modeled with another framing network. These two networks are united in one hyperframe at the highest level of abstraction, and it becomes clear the similarities and differences between them.

ABOUT THE ROLE OF CHOLINERGIC SYNAPSES IN THE THERMOTOLERANCE OF SOIL NEMATODE CAENORHABDITIS ELEGANS AND CAENORHABDITIS BRIGGSAE [№ 9 ' 2014] In experiments with two closely-related species of soil nematodes C. elegans and C. briggsae it was shown that resistance of cholinergic synapses correlates with differences in behavior thermotolerance of nematodes. The increase in thermotolerance of cholinergic synapses' functions may be the cause of adaptive changes of thermotolerance of organisms of nematode of Caenorhabditis genus in the course of their evolution.

Medvedev I.N., Goryainova I.N., Belova T.A. POSSIBILITIES OF PHARMACOLOGICAL CORRECTION OF THROMBOCYTE DYSFUNCTION OF NEWBORN CALVES WITH DYSPEPSIA [№ 12 ' 2007] Increase of aggregative function of thrombocytes in vitro and in vivo is revealed at newborn calves with dyspepsia. In the base of these abnormalities, abnormalities of cholesterol and phospholipids correlation in thrombocyte membranes, increase of middle molecules level content in plasma and blood platelets, activation of lipids peroxidation in them, synthesis strengthening in vascular wall of Villebrand factor and increase of thromboxaneformations level in blood platelets are laid. Thrombocytes activation is a leading reason of blood coagulation increase of newborn calves with dyspepsia. Correction of abnormalities of thrombocyte link of hemostasis is possible with help of pathogeneticly substantiated complex from phosphopag, ecos and calcium gluconate, able to decrease middle molecules level in an organism and to correct lipids peroxidation.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AS ONE OF THE PERSONALITY FORMATION ASPECTS [№ 7 ' 2005] The social responsibility problem which lately has acquired the categorical status in philosophy is considered in the article. The author examines the notion of "responsibility" in the light of the ethical categories (morality, duty, good and evil, freedom) which contribute to the formation of a personality. A lot of attention is paid to the consideration of a scientist’s responsibility in today’s world.
