HISTORICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL ANALYSIS OF V.A. SUKHOMLINSKY’S HOLISTIC PEDAGOGICAL SYSTEM IN THE CONTEXT OF MODERNITY ^{[№ 3 ' 2023]}
This article was prepared on the eve of the 105th anniversary of the birth of V.A. Sukhomlinsky. To analyze his holistic pedagogical system, we used the main scientific works of the teacher-researcher, substantiated and proven by many years of practice on the issues of education of a comprehensively developed personality, the organization of educational work with students, cooperation of schools, families and the public in the upbringing of children. The problems of the content, methods and forms of teaching, pedagogical creativity and mastery of the teacher, works of art for children are analyzed. His pedagogical heritage is considered as the author’s system of humanistic views based on the understanding of the philosophical truth that education, upbringing and development of a growing personality is, first of all, the affirmation of harmony of mind and heart, where, according to V.A. Sukhomlinsky, a gentle and subtle melody belongs to the heart, which naturally claims to be modern and timely comprehension. The purpose of the article is to show the significance of V.A. Sukhomlinsky’s views in the context of modern and promising development of education and pedagogical science.

Modern Russian science is experiencing an acute crisis, characterized by the destruction of ideals and aspirations, the Genesis of which is the beginning of the ideology of socialist society. The main features of the changes characterize the transition to the post – non-classical paradigm, which had a great impact on all spheres of social and cultural life of man and society-education, ideology, politics, economy, religious life.
Among the system transformations, the exclusive place belongs to the value sphere of personality, the study of which is the Central problem of Sciences focused on the recognition of the global methodological model in the context of the post-non-classical paradigm.
It is assumed that the matrix analysis of semantic transformations of the theory of personal orientation in the world of values in the context of post-non-classical paradigm will allow to avoid the difficulties of General cultural reprogramming and determination of value attitudes, to fill the ideals and norms of scientific knowledge of pedagogical phenomena with new meaning.
In this article the subject of matrix analysis is the theory of personality orientation in the world of values in the scientific school of Professor A. V. Kiryakova, because it is a model of value-personal concept, in the preparation of which the postulates of postnonclassical paradigm were taken into account to the maximum extent.

In this article the author considers etatist model of economy, foundation of which is the Keynesian doctrine which has established modern macroeconomic, operating with modular indicators of consumption, savings, investments etc. Distribution of this approach еto the problems of the long-term economic dynamics was the basis of the modern theory of economic growth.

CURRENT STATE AND STRUCTURE OF THE INTERNATIONAL MARKET OF SERVICES ^{[№ 13 ' 2012]}
The analysis of dynamics and structure of the world trade of goods and services for the first decade of 21 century is carried out. Expansion of positions and structural complication of a sector of services is investigated. Positions of Russia in international trade of services since 2000 up to 2010 are submitted. The role of GATS in regulation of this sector of economy is considered. The data of the international statistics on the world market of services, in particular the positions of the WTO on tendencies of transport services', tourism and the other services' development, first of all connected with an exchange of the scientific-technical knowledge and the work experience (license trade, know-how, engineering and consulting, etc.) are analyzed.

The authors examined the special features of the Russian model of economic development from the second-half of XIX till the beginning of the XX century. The factors, which not only impeded "great" undertakings, are investigated by the author, but they now and then contributed to their completion by the revolutionary breaking of that social and economic system, toward improvement of which reformatory efforts were directed.
