THEORETICAL CONCEPT OF CRISIS IN DEVELOPMENT OF AN ENTERPRISE ^{[№ 8 ' 2004]}
The present clause contains the results of theoretical research of interrelation of industrial enterprises crises with their investment and innovation behaviour. Genesis of crisis, conceptual model of its development and overcoming is investigated. It is shown in the article that the crisis is a consequence of mistakes of management and, first of all, mistakes in investment behaviour.
