The content "functioning quality of retail trade sphere" is determined in this article. Opportunities of variance analysis and grade correlation methods using for temporary aggregates are established. On the base of these methods the appraisal of equilibrium degree of general subsystems and elements of retail trade sphere of out country development is made in this work.
