FEATURES OF STUDYING ETHICAL CONCEPTS OF RUSSIAN FAIRY TALES IN THE LESSONS OF RUSSIAN AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE ^{[№ 2 ' 2020]}
The fairy tales contain plot and language elements that illustrate the ethical concepts of the Russian language picture of the world. Linguistic and cultural unit, which is rich in Russian fairy tale, known to every native speaker, on the one hand, complicate the understanding of them foreigners, and on the other help to understand the “Russian spirit” and traditions of Russian involved in Russian culture and allow formation of linguocultural competence for learners of Russian language.
When referring to fairy tales, it is effective to use a linguocultural comment. Linguistic and cultural commentary refers to additional culturally significant information contained in texts and disclosed in their interpretation. This comment can be used at the elementary and basic levels. At an advanced level, you can analyze concepts that reveal the features of the Russian worldview.
Ethical concepts reflect the value picture of the human world. These concepts include love and loyalty, humility and submission, joy and suffering, wisdom and patience, charity, and others.
Russian fairy tales, describing the way of life, customs and traditions, spiritual and ethical values of the Russian people, are a reflection of the Russian mentality. For successful communication with native speakers and comfortable stay in a foreign language space, foreigners need to understand the values and mentality of the Russian people. Studying ethical concepts in fairy tales in the RFR classes forms a linguistic and cultural competence for foreign students, whose knowledge leads to rapid and successful adaptation in Russia, and the elimination of cultural and communicative barriers when communicating with native speakers of the Russian language.

INFLUENCE OF PROBIOTICS BACTISTATIN AND NORMOBACT ON THE COMPOSITION OF THE MICROBIOCENOSIS OF THE LARGE INTESTINE IN EXPERIMENTAL DYSBIOSIS ^{[№ 6 ' 2016]}
Change in the qualitative and quantitative structure of microbiocenosis of the colon of — dysbiosis is a background condition for the development of a large spectrum of diseases, and also — factor in the weakening of the immune system. Studied Influence of drugs with pronounced probiotic effect of bactistatin and normobact on the composition of the microflora of the large intestine in experimental dysbiosis of gentamicin. Correction of dysbiosis due to gentamicin with probiotics bactistatin and normobact led to change in the quantitative and qualitative composition of representatives of the mucosal microbiota of the colon. Use of bactistatin and normobact led to normalization of content 12 of 13 and 9 of 13 microorganisms, respectively, defined in the composition of the mucosal microflora of the colon. A more pronounced effect of the correction of the quantitative and qualitative composition of the intestinal microflora observed in the use of the drug bactistatin. In our opinion, the differences in the normalization of the microbiota of the large intestine, associated with the species composition of microorganisms used in probiotics. This allows to recommend in clinical practice the use of these drugs for the selective correction of dysbiosis after the study of qualitative and quantitative structure of microbiocenosis of the large intestine.

THE MAGNETIC FIELDS INFLUENCE ON ESCHERICHIA COLI COLONY FORMING ABILITY IN MAGNESIUM ISOTOPES PRESENCE ^{[№ 13 ' 2015]}
Search "primary receiver" of the external magnetic field in living organisms is intriguing scientific problem of biology, physics and chemistry. Magnetic isotope effects in biochemistry indicate the sensitivity of enzyme systems to magnetic moments of isotopes atomic nuclei. The purpose of this study is to detect the combined effects of the magnetic magnesium isotope, and an external static magnetic field on bacterial cell E. coli. The combined influence of weak magnetic fields and nuclear spin magnetic isotope ²⁵Mg on colony forming ability of E. coli cells was experimentally proved: in static external magnetic fields 0-25 mT the CFU number of bacteria enriched with magnesium ²⁵Mg was higher compared to the cells enriched with nonmagnetic isotopes of magnesium ^24,26Mg and natural magnesium. In the magnetic field of 76 mT the CFU number of bacteria enriched with magnetic isotope was the most. The detected magnetic field effects and magnetic isotope effects in the bacteria E. coli indicate the presence of magnetosensitive stages of enzymatic processes in living organisms.

INDUCTION OF POSTERIOR VITREOUS DETACHMENT IN EPISCLERAL SEALING ON THE EYES WITH RHEGMATOGENOUS RETINAL DETACHMENT ^{[№ 4 ' 2013]}
Episcleral sealing was made in 55 patients (55 eyes) with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD). In 30 patients (30 eyes) surgical treatment was combined with intravitreal injection "Gemasa". Retinal detachment relapses occurred in two eyes (6.7%) of the patients treated with Gemasa and in four eyes (16%) of the patients of the control group. Intravitreal injection "Gemasa" prevents the vitreous body tractions on the retina and improves anatomical and functional results of RRD treatment.
