INFLUENCE OF PROBIOTIC PREPARATIONS ON BLOOD HEMATOLOGIC PARAMETERS OF LABORATORY ANIMALS [№ 6 ' 2017]
Recently, researchers in the world have become interested in symbiotic microorganisms and probiotic drugs based on them. As a result of numerous studies in this field, more and more new probiotic supplements are being created. And proceeding from these data, the goal of this study was formulated: to study the effect of strains of symbiont microflora on the hematological indices of the blood of laboratory animals. The work is aimed at studying the influence of probiotic drugs (sporobacterin, soybean-bifidum) on morphological and biochemical indicators of blood of laboratory animals of the Wistar line. Studies of the morphological parameters of the blood of experimental animals showed that the level of leukocytes in the first test group (sporobacterin) significantly exceeded the control n, in the second experimental group (soya-bifidum), a significant decrease in the index was observed. Of all the morphological parameters, significant changes were characterized by hemoglobin and platelets in the first experimental group. Thus, the hemoglobin level of the first test group significantly exceeded control. The content of platelets in the first test group also significantly exceeded the control group in two, in the second test group the content was within the normal range. Considering the biochemical indicators of the blood of experimental animals, it should be pointed out that the level of amylase and creatinine in the second experimental group significantly decreases with respect to control. On the parameters of the total protein, the changes were insignificant. The urea index in the second test group increased significantly, relative to control. The index of glucose content relative to the control group in both the first test group and in the second group decreased. The level of total cholesterol throughout the period was relatively stable and is close to the control values. Thus, the inclusion of probiotic drugs in the diet of animals improves carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. In the course of experimental studies, soybean bifidum has a positive effect on blood counts, and the administration of sporobacterin leads to an increase in the content of leukocytes, hemoglobin and platelets, which indicates the occurrence of an inflammatory process in the body of experimental animals.

INFLUENCE OF ANTHROPOGENIC LOAD ON SOME POPULATION-SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BIVALVE UNIO PICTORUM [№ 10 ' 2015]
Large bivalves, benthic invertebrates and higher algae are an important component of self-purification of water bodies, so that changes in the structure of the population, of course, affect the ability of the pond to cleanse itself. The object of the study were freshwater bivalves class Bivalvia, members of the family Unionidae selected from the points differ in the intensity of human impact. Processing of samples was performed by standard techniques, species of mollusks and microorganisms belonging determined using standard determinants. Earlier studies have allowed to define a wide range of individual and population parameters Unio pictorum, analyze the chemical composition of water in the test points and hold the selection and identification of microflora shellfish. In order to identify the most important relationships and dependencies of ecological status of water bodies and population-species characteristics of the bivalve Unio pictorum correlation analysis was performed. The result showed that the factors influencing each mollusc and factors affecting the whole population are not isolated from each other. These pressures at the reservoir primarily affects the individual characteristics mollusk (weight, length, age) and then through the breach microflora clam manifested in the reduction of biomass, population density, i. e. affects the population Unio pictorum in general, all this leads to reduce reservoir capacity for self-purification and water ecosystem destabilization of the middle reaches of the Ural River and its tributaries.

CHARACTERISTICS OF FILTRATION CAPACITY OF FRESHWATER BIVALVE MOLLUSCS OF THE FAMILY UNIONIDAE MIDDLE REACHES OF THE URAL RIVER [№ 10 ' 2013]
It is shown that among representatives of fresh-water folding mollusks of Unionidae family the type of Unio pictorum possesses the bigger speed of a filtration which decreases in the conditions of anthropogenous load of a reservoir that affects processes of self-cleaning of fresh-water ecosystems.

IMPACT OF POLLUTANTS OF VARIOUS CHEMICAL NATURE OF THE MICROFLORA OF THE INTERNAL ORGANS OF THE BIVALVE MOLLUSK UNIO PICTORUM [№ 10 ' 2012]
It is shown, that with increase of the total pollution of the pond, there is a dependence of the size of the birth of microflora of the mollusc Unio pictorum of metals and nitrite-sulphate pollution.
