Khardikova S.V., Alekhina G.P., Verkhoshentseva J.P. THE INFLUENCE OF HUMIC SUBSTANCES ON THE ECOLOGICAL-PHYSIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF SAPLINGS OF GRAPES IN ORENBURG CITY [№ 8 ' 2017] Humic products are a highly concentrated mixture of biologically active substances isolated from the ecologically pure raw materials of natural origin. Under their influence in the plant organism changes the permeability of cell membranes, increases the activity of enzymes and the rate of physiological and biochemical processes, increases plant resistance to unfavourable factors and stress. Studies on the effect of humic substances on the ecological-physiological characteristics of saplings of grapes in the city of Orenburg was conducted on the basis of the Orenburg experimental station of horticulture and viticulture. The object of study — woody cuttings of three cultivars of grape — Memory Dombkowski, Aleshenkin Gift and agate Donskoy. In experience used humic preparations: humate + 7 elements (K, Cu, Mn, Zn, Mo, Co, B, Fe), calcium humate and magnesium humate. Before planting the cuttings treated with solutions of humic preparations, then stood in televator to the formation of callus and planted in pots. After rooting, every ten days plants were watered with solutions of humates. The results of these studies showed that: 1) pre-treatment of cuttings of grapes solutions of humates had a positive effect on the activity of callosobruchus studied varieties. Maximum positive effect was obtained in variants with humate calcium humate and magnesium; 2) humate calcium increases the number of adventitious roots and improves their growth in all tested grape varieties; 3) preparation “humate + 7 elements” accelerates the process of shoots in cuttings and contributes to better development of the aerial organs of seedlings of grapes; 4) application of humic preparations at cultivation of saplings of grapes in the city of Orenburg significantly improves the quality of planting material.

ADJACENT TO THE FOREST ECOLOGY STEPPE ECOSYSTEM [№ 10 ' 2013] The materials comprehensive research steppe biogeocenosis located near Buzuluksky boron. Found that around a pine forest ecotone formed, the territory on which a set of attributes (hydrothermal and water regimes, soil properties, plant species composition, soil and terrestrial fauna) corresponds Ecosystem Indicators forest-steppe zone.

THE DEPENDENCE OF THE COMPOSITION OF THE MICROFLORA OF THE INTERNAL ORGANS OFTHE BIVALVE MOLLUSC UNIO PICTORUM OF ANTHROPOGENIC LOAD ON THE ORNAMENTAL LAKE [№ 6 ' 2012] It is shown that the fresh-water folding mollusk of Unio pictorum reduces filtrational ability in the conditions of anthropogenous load of a reservoir that affects processes of self-cleaning of fresh-water ecosystems.
Loginovа E.G., Alekhinа G.P., Misetov I.A. THE INFLUENCE OF ABIOTIC AND BIOTIC FACTORS ON THE IMMUNOLOGICAL RESPONSE OF FRESHWATER BIVALVES IN THE EXPERIMENT [№ 12 ' 2011] Influence of chemical and biological factors on intensity of the immune answer of fresh-water folding mollusks is investigated. It is defined that the maximum immunological activity of mollusks is observed at joint influences of pollutants of the various nature.
Misetov I.A., Kalashnikova M.V., Alekhinа G.P. THE POSSIBILITY OF USING ATOMIC FORCE MICROSCOPY TO STUDY SOIL MICROFLORA [№ 12 ' 2011] The possibility of using atomic force microscopy to study bacterial morphotypes found in black soil. In the soil revealed the predominance of rod-shaped and coccoid forms. The number of bacteria exceeded the number of nano-sized objects micron.
Alekhina O.N. THE EXPERIENCE OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF TRAINING THE FUTURE TEACHER OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE CONTEXT OF COMPETENCE APPROACH [№ 9 ' 2010] The author described the experience of the improvement of the professional training of the future teacher of elementary school in the context of competence approach; the results of the realization of the organizational-pedagogical conditions for its preparation for the activity in molding of the information literacy of junior pupils are examined.
Alekhina G.P., Loginova E.G., Misetov I.A. IMMUNOLOGIC REACTION OF FRESHWATER BIVALVES FOR ADVERSE ENVIRONMENT EFFECT [№ 6 ' 2010] The authors study effect of anthropogenic load of different degree of a basin on rate of immune response by freshwater bivalves. It has been determined that immunologic activity of bivalves directly depends on pollution of observable points: the higher pollution level, the higher immune response of the bivalves.
