EDUCATIONAL BUSINESS ROLE-PLAYING GAME AS A MEANS OF IMPLEMENTING THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FGOS IN LEARNING MATHEMATICS ^{[№ 2 ' 2016]}
The introduction of the new federal state educational standards requires a review of approaches to the design and implementation of process — technological component of the educational process. This circumstance has actualized the need to change the approach to the choice of technologies and methods of teaching, including the teaching of mathematics, ensuring the achievement of new educational results. Under the new conditions a promising method of teaching mathematics in favor educational business game. In this article the authors substantiate the hypothesis: use in the process of teaching mathematics education business games will contribute to the implementation of FGOS requirements. It clarifies the concept of Educational business role-playing game. Selected metasubject complex skills, the formation of which is in the process of teaching mathematics education contribute to the business role-playing games. Personality results are also described, which thus can be formed at students. The technological aspects of designing and conducting training business games in learning mathematics: The requirements for the training business games, which are based on the algorithm of their construction ; characterized by the steps of the educational business role-playing games were developed the: the requirements for the training business role-playing games, which are based on the algorithm of their construction; stages of business role-playing games are characterized. To reduce the complexity of the organizational labor-output ratio, encouraged to develop a specific framework of the game, which can be filled with any thematic content, actual at a particular time. The article also include a business role-playing game lesson plan. As the experience of teaching, judicious use in the educational process of educational business role-playing game allows students to reduce the time of acquisition, enrichment of subject experience of the subject area "Mathematics", which is the basis of mastering metasubject skills and self-development, for what directed primary requirements of FGOS.

RARE IRIS PUMILA L. SPECIES SEED PRODUCTIVITY IN NATURE AND IN THE INTRODUCTION ^{[№ 10 ' 2013]}
The results of the study of seed production of a rare species of Bashkortostan Iris pumila L. in nature and the conditions of introduction are given. The productivity of this species of low — in the nature of 10 to 42 seeds per fruit, number of fruits up to 1–4 per plant, in the conditions of introduction — from 26 to 52 pieces seeds per fruit, number of fruits — from 2 to 5 units. per plant.

BIOLOGY OF INVASIVE SPECIES AMBROSIA TRIFIDA L. IN THE CIS-URALS ^{[№ 10 ' 2013]}
Results of researches of invasive species Ambrosia trifida L. in the Cis-Urals of the Bashkortostan Republic and Orenburg region are given. Reliable distinctions of ruderal and flood-plain coenopopulations of species are shown. Further advance of Ambrosia trifida to the north is predicted.

High the growth rate and reproductive performance, intensive photosynthesis promotе occupation by species of dominating positions in the phytocoenosis.

THE SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE MORPHOLOGY OF THE SPLEEN OF SHEEP OF SOUTH URAL ^{[№ 10 ' 2010]}
The authors presented results to the morphological characteristic of the spleen of the sheep of south Ural species. They acquired data according to the topography, the blood supply, the structure and the morphometric indices of capsule, red and white pulps of spleen. In the lymphoid knots are revealed the morphofunctional relationships of per arterial, mantle, and marginal zones, which indicate the functioning of organ for the depositing and mixed type.

SEED PRODUCTIVITY OF ATRAGENE SPECIOSA WEINM. IN NATURE POPULATIONS OF SOUTH URALS ^{[№ 6 ' 2010]}
Seed productivity of Atragene speciosa in 7 natural coenopopulations of mountain-wood zone and Trans-Urals of Bashkortostan Republic is studied. The productivity of given species high enough — from 40 to 68 pieces of seeds on 1 fruit, number of fruits reaches 15-17 pieces on 1 plant, the productivity factor makes from 0,52 to 0,90.

This article is devoted to the study of histological changes in the muscle tissue structure at autolysis of meat raw materials derived from cattle of different age-groups. These data allow making conclusions about the best qualitative changes of spado’s tissue during the process of ripening compared with the tissues of bulls and heifers.

EXPERIENCE OF CULTIVATING POLEMONIUM CAERULEUM L. IN FOREST-STEPPE ZONE OF BASHKORTOSTAN ^{[№ 9 ' 2009]}
The authors introduce results of an experiment of cultivating rare medical plant Polemonium caeruleum L. (the family Polеmoniaceae) in forest-steppe zone of Republic of Bashkortostan. They have studied phenology, biometry, seed productivity, germinating ability of seeds under the culture conditions. From 3 tested agrotechnical variants of cultivating Polemonium caeruleum the most appropriate is a variant with using ground seedlings with planting scheme 30х30 cm.

The authors have determined morphological factors and biochemical disturbances of lymphocytes apoptosis with the patients with atopic bronchial asthma that correlate with the heaviness of sickness. Received data may serve as new integrative criteria to determine the heaviness of asthma.

EXTRACELLULAR DNA OF BLOOD SERUM OF CHILDREN WITH ATOPIC BRONCHIAL ASTHMA ^{[№ 9 ' 2007]}
Interconnection of extracellular DNA (extrDNA) concentration of blood serum of children with atopic bronchial asthma (ABA) with age, sex, degree of ABA severity, seasonality and level of autoantibody (AAB) consent to native DNA (nDNA) is researched in this article. Revealed statistically significant connection between extrDNA concentration and AAB consent to nDNA increasing in measures of ABA progressing indicates on DNA-dependent character of immune response at ABA.
