A.N. Ryblova MANAGEMENT OF ACTIVITY OF TRAINEES IN HIGH SCHOOL The article contains theoretic-methodological analysis of management essence of trainees in high school activity and substantiation of author system of management of professionally oriented independent cognitive students' activity, its components - common aim, principals, mechanism, functions and technology. The special attention is devoted to the technology, which includes such structural elements as aims, contents, optimal system of methods and means of management and control, intensive cycle of organizational forms.
