Nekrasova, N.A.Chernenko THE INFLUENCE OF STRUCTURE OF THE SHARE CAPITAL ON RESULTS OF ACTIVITY OF THE COMPANIES The traditional approach to the analysis of influence of structure of the share capital on results of activity of the company is investigated. In opinion of the authors, the given approach is excessively narrow. The carried out analysis has shown, that at an estimation of influence of structure of the capital on activity of the company the big value has not only the size of a share of the capital of the shareholder, but also functional value of the shareholder for the company.
