RANKING MUNICIPALITIES ORENBURG REGION ON THE LEVEL OF INNOVATION DEVELOPMENTThe possibility of using principal component analysis and multiple-choice models for comparative analysis of municipalities in terms of innovations development. The article identifies factors that have a significant effect on the main indicators of innovation and investment activity. Built integral indicator of the level of development of innovation and on its basis were ranked municipalities under this latent category.Key words: innovation, investment activity, integral indicator, ranking.
