CORRECTION OF FEMALE REPRODUCTIVE TRACT DYSBIOSIS AFTER LONG-TERM USE OF INTRAUTERINE CONTRACEPTIONPrevention and treatment of pelvic inflammatory diseases during long-term use of The articles discusses treatment and prevention of vaginal and cervical disbiosis, caused by long-term use of intrauterine contraception devices (IUD). Efficiency of "sporobacterin liquid" drug as a part of preventive therapy of infectious complications has been studied.Valid data on sporobacterin corrective effect on disbiotic disfunction through normalization of initially deficient vaginal and cervical lactoflora and restoration of reproductive tract microbiocenosis has been obtained.Key words: intrauterine contraception, probiotics.
