Smirnova L.V. SOVIET NATIONAL POLITICS IN CONDITIONS OF ADMINISTRATIVE-COMMAND SYSTEM Soviet national politics is one of actual problems as in scientific as in political attitudes. National politics was the discrepant phenomenon in conditions of command-administrative system. There was everything: real, imminent tasks and problems were solved, there were positive results. From one side it was powerful impulse for development of USSR nations. From other side according to objective results national politics was denationalized. Dynamics of influence on the sphere of national life was negative, because USSR was ultracentralized and unitary in many things state.
