Manina M.N. CORPORATIZATION AS A TREND OF ENTERPRISE RESTRUCTURING The role of corporation at the modern stage of native economy is shown in this article. The factors and risks, determined the borders’ position of enterprises breaking up into smaller units or amalgamation expediency, are regarded here. The recommendations for enterprises of light industry of Orenburg region are worked out on the base of analysis of corporative associations of Russian light industry.
