DIDACTIC CONDITIONS OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES FORMATION IN SYSTEM OF FUNCTIONALLY - GUIDED PREPARATIONS OF EXPERTSIn the article the urgency is shown of the problem of professional adaptation of the graduates of technical colleges. The concept and the organizational - methodical bases are stated of the system of personal functional - focused training. Features of realization of this system are considered at the decision of the task of significant reduction of terms of professional adaptation. Recommendations are proved for formation of professional competences at students and graduates of technical universities.
