SAFE CONSUMPTION LEVEL OF FIBER AND ENERGY AND QUALITY CONFORMITY OF THE BEEF MADE BY INTENSIVE TECHNOLOGY, TO MODERN CONSUMER REQUIREMENTS In the article the theoretical aspects of safe consumption level of fiber and energy are examined on the basis of studying materials of technical reports FAO/VOZ publications and quality of the beef is analyzed made on intensive technology, for conformity to requirements of the modern consumer on power value and nutritiousness. The substantiation of an intensification is given of the industry manufacturing a high-quality beef for full maintenance of the population with products of an animal origin.
