УДК: 617.741Суркова В.К., Оганисян К.Х. ЭПИДЕМИОЛОГИЯ ПЕРВИЧНЫХ КЕРАТОЭКТАЗИЙ (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)Данные о частоте встречаемости первичных кератоэктазий значительно варьируют. Впервые эпидемиологические исследования кератоэктазий были проведены еще в 1959 году Hofstetter et all. в США, где частота ПКЭ составила 0,6 %. Повышение интереса к кераторефракционным операциям с появлением кератотопографов в конце прошлого столетия ознаменовало начало новой эпохи в диагностике кератоэктазий, в связи с чем увеличились показатели заболеваемости ПКЭ. Частота заболевания зависит от влияния на организм климатических и географических факторов — на территориях с более холодными климатическими условиями заболеваемость кератоконусом значительно ниже, этнопопуляционной принадлежности населения — кератоконус в 4 раза чаще встречается у азиатов по сравнению с европеоидами, к тому же манифестирует в более раннем возрасте, активно прогрессирует и чаще требует проведения сквозной кератопластики. Наследственные формы ПКЭ, по данным разных авторов, встречаются в 6–21,74 % случаев. Семейные формы кератоконуса у пациентов Израиля, Саудовской Аравии, Индии могут объясняться инбридингом — высокой частотой близкородственных браков, вследствие чего отмечается повышение гомозиготности по рецессивным генам в конкретных этногеографических группах. По литературным данным отмечается ежегодный рост числа первичных кератоэктазий, преимущество у лиц молодого трудоспособного возраста, что требует применения современных диагностических методов с использованием высокотехнологического оборудования для ранней диагностики и своевременного лечения.Ключевые слова: эпидемиология, первичные кератоэктазии, кератоконус, диагностика.
