STUDY OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL RISKS AND RESOURCES FOR ENHANCING THE PROJECT ACTIVITIES OF A FUTURE ENGINEER [№ 2 ' 2023]
The training of future engineers at the university includes a large number of design work related to the study of various disciplines of the curriculum throughout the entire period of study. In the junior years, students are loaded with projects of humanitarian content, and then they perform complex computational and graphic tasks of professionally oriented projects. The implementation of educational, research and research, innovative course and diploma projects is a mandatory completion of the study of cycles and modules of the general professional and professional components of the training program. It has been established that a large amount of spontaneous or ineptly organized independently project activity of a student causes organizational and technological risks of educational lag, educational difficulties, leads to unreasonable losses of the contingent. In order to study the causes of educational failure and search for resources to reduce it, surveys of future engineering students were conducted. It has been established that a significant impact on the decrease in the educational project activity of first-year students is exerted by the mismatch of ideas about the “free life” of the university and the realities of labor-intensive project activities at the university, the lack of formation of personal organizational and technological training skills.
Time management technologies as one of the disciplines of the curriculum were used as organizational and technological resources for activating the project activities of the future engineer. In practice, the most effective was the analysis of typical mental traps. Repeated diagnostics of the manifestations of organizational and technological risks of project activities revealed a trend of their leveling, as well as an increase in student satisfaction with the achieved project results.

DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS FOR EVALUATING THE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS LEADERSHIP QUALITIES [№ 1 ' 2020]
Changes in the economy associated with the emergence of various types and forms of economic activity, economic freedom, stimulate a creative and innovative approach to professional activity, a professional with leadership qualities is in demand. University complexes as centers of education, science and culture of the region accumulate and transmit innovative pedagogical experience from Central universities to branches, creating a modern educational space for the multidimensional development of personal qualities of students. Analysis of scientific research in the field of sociology, psychology, and leadership pedagogy allowed us to specify a set of qualities that characterize the future leader in various areas of management-industrial, sports, tourism, and educational. The formation and development of students ‘ leadership qualities includes a multi-aspect diagnostics of leadership. Diagnostic tools are characterized by a significant variety, due to the ambiguity of the idea of a set of personal qualities needed by the leader. Integrative assessment of leadership qualities requires the use of a representation of the profile of leadership qualities. To select diagnostic methods, a critical analysis of tools for diagnosing students ‘ leadership qualities was carried out. A matrix of conformity of the diagnosed quality and the methodology used to assess its development was created. The presented tools were used to determine the main directions of work on the development of these qualities in students. A computer program for individual assessment of a student’s leadership profile has been developed, which functions through a personal account on the University’s website. Diagnostics of students from different universities allowed us to track the dynamics of changes in the development of leadership qualities of graduates, to assess the effectiveness of the proposed pedagogical measures, and differences in the mentality of young people in large and small cities.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF THE TECHNICAL EDUCATION SYSTEM THROUGH THE DISCIPLINE “STANDARDIZATION” [№ 6 ' 2018]
With the acceleration of scientific and technological progress, globalization of the world market and the rapid development of innovative industries, the role of standardization, as one of the elements of technical regulation, is difficult to overestimate. Knowledge of the principles and methods of standardization is a prerequisite for the formation and development of professional competencies of graduates of almost all areas of training and specialties in countries leading the top twenty of the Global Innovation Index rating. At the same time, there is a complete “ignoring” of standardization as a management system, as a science, and, ultimately, as a practical activity of the national system of technical education. The lack of an elementary understanding of the basics of standardization among future engineers does not allow them to fully realize the full potential of technical knowledge accumulated before. Thus, already at the stage of training specialists in high technology, we are losing to the leading countries of the world as an education.
The author has investigated some of the reasons for the decline in the quality of engineering education in Russia, among which there is a red thread in the absence in modern educational standards of higher education of the requirements for graduates to apply the principles of standardization in their professional activities. Accordingly, in the formation of basic educational programs, developers (in the absence of external requirements) are guided exclusively by their own vision of the situation, which often boils down to maintaining the academic load at the graduating department. Based on the analysis of the content of a large number of curricula in engineering areas of study at leading universities of the country, I found that most developers of educational programs have a poor understanding of the need for graduates to have competencies in the field of standardization, since there is no other subject that studies Standardization in the list of disciplines, can not be called. In my opinion, such a short-sighted attitude to the formation of requirements for learning outcomes in the technical education system in the field of standardization is unacceptable and significantly reduces the economic efficiency of production subsequently.

SCIENTIFIC-RESEARCH TECHNOLOGIES IN MODERN HIGHER PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION [№ 1 ' 2018]
Summary: NAt the present time transition of world economy to new economic way assumes defined change of the applied approaches and techniques and in higher education where the mission of the higher school in relation to society has to be definitely “advancing”, but not just match his current inquiries and the needs. Therefore the task of training of high quality experts for the knowledge-intensive branches of national economy corresponding to the modern level of the market relations is set for the Russian education system. For this purpose radical restructuring and reorientation of all system of higher education is required. Researches findings revealed that the most effective way of receiving quality education for students of higher educational institutions is their real participation in scientific research, for example, use of the technologies which are directly including informative and educational activity of students. This method includes such general scientific aspects as systematization of scientific information, its analysis, laboratory researches, generalization of the received results. In educational and research activity of students such stages as a formulation of a research objective and research tasks, promotion of the main hypothesis, search of ways of their check, theoretical and experimental check of hypotheses and discussion of the received results are necessary. The proposed solutions will allow to apply effectively the latest scientific developments in educational process and to carry out vocational training of modern level.

HYDROLOGICAL FEATURES OF CHANNEL DEFORMATIONS OF MOUNTAIN RIVERS (FOR TEREK RIVER EXAMPLE) [№ 10 ' 2015]
This article deals with the problems of channel deformations in the lower reaches of the Terek river. The studies the authors reviewed the historical aspects of formation of strain bank of the Terek, which were the result of floods in the flood period. Also, the authors paid attention to change the channel and the bottom of the Terek river a result of increased sediment load. The processes and causes manifestations of vertical and horizontal deformation of the river bed. Identifies and describes the characteristics of sediment yield increase due to lower transport capacity of flow caused by abstraction of water in irrigation and water channels, which corresponds to the emergence of targeted accumulation in river delta watercourses, reduced cross-sectional area between the flood protection dikes, increase the likelihood of flooding. Considerable attention is paid to the average annual consumption of suspended sediment in the river section from the top of the delta to the station. Kargalinskaya. Particular attention is paid to the deformation of the longitudinal profile of the river bed below Kargaly waterworks. The article examines the processes of regressive erosion of the banks, which led to a decrease in cross-sectional area of the river, and led to an increase in the area of flooded land. The article also examined the characteristic vibrations of the Caspian Sea and the cause of the Delta in the lower reaches of the Terek river. As a research task has been defined by the authors attempt to assess the features of channel deformations of mountain rivers, and the conclusion on this issue.

PROCESS OPTIMIZATION OF THE AVERAGE COMMISSIONERS SERVICEES BY THE STANDERTIZATION METHODS BASED ON ANALYSIS PROCESS MODEL [№ 4 ' 2015]
This article is devoted to the problem of formation traffic congestion on the big cities streets as a result of road traffic accidents (RTA) and to the possibility of surgical elimination of such traffic congestion consequences through the science-based using of the average commissioners institute. For this purpose the authors performed the decomposition of the average commissioner service process by means of functional modeling notation IDEF0 and defined the main stages of this process. Pareto analysis of statistical data on time intervals of the average commissioner service allowed to identify the most time-consuming and most severely influencing on the eliminating traffic congestion critical time stages of the service: the arrival on the scene of an accident and scheme accident recording / registration. A special place in the article takes the classification and ranking of the most common places of the traffic accident. These classification and ranking was carried out on the basis of traffic accidents statistical analysis in the Orenburg City. According to statistical data crosswalks, straight road sections and intersections were identified as most common places of traffic accidents. In accordance with the traffic regulations intersections, in turn, are classified into four types. Developed by authors traffic accident scheme sample forms are offered to reduce the time of the document registration. This solution will permit to unify the documentation system in the field of road traffic accident registration and to increase the reliability and reproducibility of the providing average commissioner service process. In conclusion, standardization of average commissioner service prospects are presented.

GEOLOGIC-STRUCTURAL POSITION OF COMPLEX SULFIDE ORE BEDS IN THE ZONE OF JOINT OF MAGNITOGORSKY FLEXURE AND EAST-URAL RISE [№ 10 ' 2004]
The allocation of ore centres in the indicated region is linear- zoned. Geologic-structural position of ore beds are controlled with deep permeable zones in a framing of granite and gneiss rises. Tectonic zones have a character of main slide-thrust and discharge-displacement zones. Morphologically difficult sulfide beds are localized on the parts of paleovolcanic depressions, formed in a middle palaeozoic. Ore bodies connect with protovolcanic horst-anticlinal structures spatially. Perspective parts are taken place on the slopes of horst-anticlinal rises, permeated with granitoids of Magnitogorsky intrusive complex.
