CORRELATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS WITH PARAMETERS OF THE METABOLISM OF DISABLED ATHLETES
Сurrently the Paralympic games are the largest event of world sports, which increases the level of competition between participants. In the preparation of athletes to the games should pay increased attention to their psychological state and a number of indicators of metabolism of the body. Using this data and taking into account their relationship can increase the level of sporting achievements and preserve the health of Paralympic athletes. Conducted psychological research in General had satisfactory results. It was established the absence of significant negative emotions in connection with the peculiarities of physical and psycho-emotional stresses sledge hockey team. This may indicate a sufficient level of adaptation of athletes to training activities. The study of the elemental composition of hair showed that for the majority of the surveyed athletes was characterized by an excess of P, Na, K, Zn, and deficiency of Co, Cr, Ca and Se. In biochemical indicators of blood revealed elevated values of glucose, ALT, direct bilirubin and alkaline phosphatase from 40, 33, 47 and 47 % of patients, respectively. In the course of correlation analysis the highest correlation was observed between the studied psychological indicators and the level of Be, Mg, Se, Si, Al and CA in hair. Most of the indicators of the mental state was significantly correlated with the level of pancreatic amylase, γ-GT, AST, total protein and blood glucose. The study shows the link of the elemental composition of hair and biochemical indicators of psychological characteristics. Despite the fact that the psychological status of the athletes was normal, the indicators of the elemental balance and biochemical profile, in contrast, had deviations, which subsequently can lead to deficient growth and manifestations of neuropsychiatric diseases. Therefore, a questionnaire analysis of psychological status cannot give a full picture of the condition of the athletes, indicating the need for a parallel analysis of the indices of protein, carbohydrate, mineral and lipid metabolism and their timely correction.

PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL AND METABOLIC ASPECTSOF ADAPTATIONAND DISADAPTATIONOF STUDENTS
Stress factors are the causes of emotional stress, reduced functional reserves of the organism, stress leads to increased morbidity and mortality. That's why studying of the mechanisms of adaptation and disadaptation of person has special importance. The article presents the results of long-term studies of the psycho-physiological and metabolic parameters'changes during the adaptation to various environmental conditions. The peculiarities of physical development, lifestyle, eating habits, bad habits, as well as cardio and metabolic parameters in students of different ethnic groups were investigated. Elemental portrait of young men with information about the features of the element status shows that most abnormalities are not related with ethnicity, but are related with the region of residence. At the same time, it was shown the influence of the person individual characteristics on the process of adaptation of students. Correlation analysis between psychological indices and the parameters of adaptation showed that the largest number of correlations between psychological characteristics and cardioindicators were in the group of Tatars. In addition, it is was shown that the functional hemispheric asymmetry of the brain affected on the body's ability to adaptation. Right hemisphere dominant young men hada higher rate of reaction according to the tests "assess attention", "noise immunity", "simple hand-eye reaction". Regardless of the type of functional hemispheric asymmetry, the young men had deficient of cobalt, selenium, an excess of lithium, iron and zinc, compared with the optimal interval centile. Thus, the adaptability of the organism depends on many factors, and defining factors are ethnic characteristics, the type of functional hemispheric asymmetry, lifestyle and environmental living conditions.

FEATURES OF HAIR AND VARIOUS THYROID STRUCTURES ELEMENT COMPOSITION IN ENDEMIC IODINE DEFICIENCY REGION
The results of the study of the element composition of the hair and the various structures of the thyroid gland of women living in the Orenburg region are presented. It is established that in the pathogenesis of proliferation of thyroid cells leading to the formation of nodular thyroid pathology not only iodine is important. Cd, Sn, Ni, Zn and Cu participate in the disruption of expression of autocrine growth factors in the thyroid gland.

THE INFLUENCE OF THE STRESS-FACTORS OF DIFFERENT NATURE ON THE ACCUMULATION OF CHEMICAL ELEMENTS IN BODIES OF LABORATORY ANIMALS
The authors studied the special features of the accumulation of chemical elements in bodies of laboratory animals under the action of the stress-factors of different nature (physical load, the scarcity of nutrients). They revealed the unbalance of the chemical elements against the background of intensive physical load in laboratory animals. In this case reduction in the concentration of all of the macro- and overwhelming majority of the essential elements against the background of the accumulation of some toxic elements in bodies of animal experimental groups was observed.
