EXPANSION OF LOAD CAPABILITY OF THYRISTOR DIRECT FREQUENCY CONVERTER IN THE UPPER RANGE REGULATION OF OUTPUT FREQUENCY ABOVE 25 HZ This article discusses the reasons for the instability of the system of "direct thyristor frequency converter (TNPCH) — a two-phase asynchronous motor" with the vector control system at work in the upper range of adjusting the output frequency above 25 Hz. — A simulation model that takes into account the peculiarities of the system has been developed. A method of forming job linkage, taking into account the work of the vector system and the presence of higher harmonics has been provided. An algorithm of position correction of rotating axis control system based on the timing of reversible switching bridges has been developed. Different structural systems of control by means of the direct frequency converter are analyzed. The researches are carried out on the basis of the results of physical modeling. The regulators and the structural solutions are examined, which provide the stable work of the drive of the higher yielding frequencies.
