Mironov S.V., Kuleshov I.V. IMPROVING THE EFFECTIVENESS AND RELIABILITY OF GROUND CRANE WAYS TO OPTIMIZE THEIR GEOMETRICAL PARAMETERS The situation of normative and technical support of the norms requirements of tolerance of horizontal and vertical characteristics of the ground crane ways is investigated in this work. Some inconsistencies and lack of depth to develop a range of requirements of acceptable branching are revealed here. The authors identified critical factors for the efficient and reliable operation of a single mechanical system "Crane — the way". Also they suggest ways to determine the norms of tolerance. It is recommended that requirements for crane way at the design of the crane, depending on the features of their design. Key words: crane, way, road safety, load variations, tolerance, warped condition, slope, ledge, "wheel — rail", "crane — the way", calculation scheme.
Mironov S.V., Kudlay A.A. ABOUT DEPENDENCE OF STEEL TOWERS RELIABILITY OF ELECTRICITY TRANSMISSION LINES FROM ERROR OF ITS REFERENCE NODES VERTICAL MARKS This article is devoted to the appraisal of steel towers reliability of electricity transmission lines. At the present time temporal resource of existing towers is depleted at many cases, but its changing connects with large financial expense. According to the authors’ observations steel towers are able to work at many cases and term of its service can be prolonged. At the same time the authors reveal the presence of relative displacement of four-legged bearings leading (on account of statical indeterminable of scheme) to additional internal force birth. Calculations made with using program complexes Lira and SCAD show that in some cases bearings steadiness loss can be possible at adverse weather conditions, notwithstanding on complete bearings accordance to the project demands. The authors suggest making corrections at existing normative documents.
Mironov S.V., Pischukhin A.M. SAFETY CONTROL IN INDUSTRIAL OBJECTS EXPLOITATION Industrial safety control strategy of the region should be created on the basis of the metasystem approach. Six problems are solved hereby. The essence of them differs much from those described in literature earlier. The work is devoted to the peculiarities of the solution of these problems.
Mironov S.V., Pischukhin A.M., Skamjin A.M. ASSORTMENT AND PRODUCTION VOLUME MANAGEMENT AT A BUILDING FIRM A building firm working on orders represents the system of mass service. On the basis of this model the productivity of every model may be optimized. The expediency of mastering this or that new construction technology may be estimated as well.
A.Ya. Gaev, S.V. Mironov, V.O. Shtern ABOUT OPPORTUNITY AND NECESSITY OF WASTE PRODUCTS TRANSFORMATION INTO SECONDARY RESOURCES Industrial and household waste products have turned into general resource of environment pollution. In a world practice ecological-economic process is closely connected with wasteless technology introduction. Saved up waste products are already turned to secondary resources for building materials and mine technical ground revegetation production. The authors represent research-and-production group of Orenburg State University, which is able to assist to enterprises and administrations in waste products transformation into secondary resources.
