STUDY OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL RISKS AND RESOURCES FOR ENHANCING THE PROJECT ACTIVITIES OF A FUTURE ENGINEER
The training of future engineers at the university includes a large number of design work related to the study of various disciplines of the curriculum throughout the entire period of study. In the junior years, students are loaded with projects of humanitarian content, and then they perform complex computational and graphic tasks of professionally oriented projects. The implementation of educational, research and research, innovative course and diploma projects is a mandatory completion of the study of cycles and modules of the general professional and professional components of the training program. It has been established that a large amount of spontaneous or ineptly organized independently project activity of a student causes organizational and technological risks of educational lag, educational difficulties, leads to unreasonable losses of the contingent. In order to study the causes of educational failure and search for resources to reduce it, surveys of future engineering students were conducted. It has been established that a significant impact on the decrease in the educational project activity of first-year students is exerted by the mismatch of ideas about the “free life” of the university and the realities of labor-intensive project activities at the university, the lack of formation of personal organizational and technological training skills.
Time management technologies as one of the disciplines of the curriculum were used as organizational and technological resources for activating the project activities of the future engineer. In practice, the most effective was the analysis of typical mental traps. Repeated diagnostics of the manifestations of organizational and technological risks of project activities revealed a trend of their leveling, as well as an increase in student satisfaction with the achieved project results.

TO THE ISSUE OF FORMATION OF CORPORATE CULTURE OF FUTURE BUILDERS
In the context of growing competition, construction companies consider corporate culture to be the most important way to increase the efficiency of design and production teams, the key to strengthening partnerships and creating an attractive business image. The basis for the formation of the corporate culture of future builders begins in the university, where students assign the basic professional value category to the construction industry, leading ideas and principles of norms and models of activity. The basic document defining the corporate culture of the industry is voluntarily the builder’s professional and ethical code, adopted by the All-Russian Intersectoral Association of Employers “Russian Union of Builders.” The goal of the study was to find means to increase the level of formation of corporate culture of a graduate of the university in the direction of “Construction” based on the study of components and models of corporate culture of leading enterprises in the construction industry of the region. A cluster analysis of companies and a questionnaire of successful employees of LLC NPP Promtekhnologia, Orenburg and LLC Akropolis, Kumertau were carried out. Based on the data obtained for students of construction areas of the Kumertau branch of the OGU and Orenburg State University, cases with tasks aimed at forming a corporate culture were developed, business trainings were held. The diagnostic results revealed a correlation of the main positions of the corporate culture of students - future builders and regional employers.

DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS FOR EVALUATING THE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS LEADERSHIP QUALITIES
Changes in the economy associated with the emergence of various types and forms of economic activity, economic freedom, stimulate a creative and innovative approach to professional activity, a professional with leadership qualities is in demand. University complexes as centers of education, science and culture of the region accumulate and transmit innovative pedagogical experience from Central universities to branches, creating a modern educational space for the multidimensional development of personal qualities of students. Analysis of scientific research in the field of sociology, psychology, and leadership pedagogy allowed us to specify a set of qualities that characterize the future leader in various areas of management-industrial, sports, tourism, and educational. The formation and development of students ‘ leadership qualities includes a multi-aspect diagnostics of leadership. Diagnostic tools are characterized by a significant variety, due to the ambiguity of the idea of a set of personal qualities needed by the leader. Integrative assessment of leadership qualities requires the use of a representation of the profile of leadership qualities. To select diagnostic methods, a critical analysis of tools for diagnosing students ‘ leadership qualities was carried out. A matrix of conformity of the diagnosed quality and the methodology used to assess its development was created. The presented tools were used to determine the main directions of work on the development of these qualities in students. A computer program for individual assessment of a student’s leadership profile has been developed, which functions through a personal account on the University’s website. Diagnostics of students from different universities allowed us to track the dynamics of changes in the development of leadership qualities of graduates, to assess the effectiveness of the proposed pedagogical measures, and differences in the mentality of young people in large and small cities.
